Christmas Snow Globe Cookie!

Santa is officially checking his list with only 30 days until Christmas!
And what oozes Christmas more than my Christmas snow globe gingerbread cookie?
My design was inspired by an original design by my favourite cookie artist Julia Usher.
Julia will be joining me in the new year for an interview so be sure to keep an eye out for that!

What a lovely cake! I wish I could just eat it right now. There is also some fest before the Christmas in one of the Chicago event venues where there are cake and bake stalls and you actually get to taste different flavored cakes. This picture reminded me of those food fests.

A little bit about Marianna

Marianna graduated in 2005 from the University of Southern Queensland with a degree in Bachelor of Mass Communication with majors in journalism, media production and multimedia. Having always had an interest in news she ambitiously created a career as a television reporter from the tender age of 17, working for numerous television stations including WIN Television, Channel 7 and Prime 7.

In 2009 Marianna got married and now has two children. She didn’t think twice about trading in news for the best job in the world- being a mum. Marianna now combines her love of baking with her children, cake decorating and journalism to bring cake enthusiasts across the globe interviews and stories from some of the world’s most prestigious cake decorators.
