Been wanting to share this abstract cake I made for a dear friend, but as it was a surprise I had to sit tight lipped.... finally here it is!
Caramel mud cake with salted caramel ganache (a secret recipe given to me by another stalwart cake decorator), and yes it's as delicious as it sounds- with white chocolate panels that have a special embossed touch! My waistline definitely won't thank me... however my taste buds will!
This recipe is one for the vault!!!
