After being inspired yesterday by some chilli chocolate... here is my cupcake creation derived from it! Drum roll please..... ta da! My Hot and Spicy Chocolate Mud Cupcake! Infused with a mixture of spices including chilli and topped with a whipped Coconut Cream Ganache.
This cupcake has been given a test run on a couple of people and they love it. It does pack a little punch of surprise and I am extremely happy with the outcome!!
