Inspired by a luscious gluten free cake (no I am not gluten
intolerant – but you don’t have to be to enjoy the yummy cakes!) I ate at a
local patisserie I was determined to replicate it at home.
After some serious tweaking and trial and
error I came up with this ever so moist Orange and Almond Cake.
It’s to die
for- although my husband tells me it tastes “too healthy because there’s no
chocolate”.
I think it’s great to have options that don’t jeopardise flavour especially
if you do have an intolerance.
This little morsel is just what anyone needs as a morning
tea pick-me-up with a nice cup of tea!
