My first cake...

This is my first cake and I was pretty proud of my effort. My cousin came to visit our family and as it was her birthday weekend I surprised her! I was flattered that she said she loved the flavour. This was also my first attempt at a chocolate mudcake. Turned out better than I thought!

    And it tasted as good as it looked! Just enough rum and chocolate to leave a lasting smile.
    Archie, my son who was just over one got drunk eating it too!
