Tessa has
dedicated a whole chapter in her recently released book to “Festive Fun”. From

book aims to teach other decorators to think outside the box: “I want to
inspire people to go away and play so they can create their own designs from
scratch”.

also reveals her secrets for baking the perfect biscuit to decorate: “For royal
icing the biscuit must have a flat, smooth surface and not spread during the
baking process. I’ve included my favourite recipes in the book which are simple
to make and ideal for decorating”.
