Chocolate Bark...

I totally love making chocolate bark! So simple, so yummy and looks fantastic!!!! Could I wait for it to set not really! Just melt any chocolate you want.. I have used white chocolate... spread onto a baking sheet and sprinkle what your heart desires! I have used chopped Turkish delight, pistachios and cranberries.. and let set.   

Once set..... Chop into shards and eat.. or give to your friends so you don't eat it it's extremely moreish!

Salted Caramel Macaron

Ok I have been very busy this morning challenging myself. Have made Macarons for the very first time from scratch and I was surprised with the result!!!


I made my husband's fav- Salted Caramel... actually sent them all to his workplace so I wouldn't eat them. I will be making a second batch for a very special friend this afternoon.

Here they are resting on their pretty pink trays prior to going into the oven!!! I was impressed with my piping skills.

Macaron shells just out of the oven.... smell is AMAZING 

Here they are lined up like little soldiers just finished sandwiching them together with salted caramel buttercream- YUM

Ready for eating :)
